Our fully licensed Massage Therapist is trained and experienced in deep tissue, trigger point, mysofacial, sport, prenatal, and postpartum massage. For our arthritic patients, an adjustment (to realign the joint) in conjunction with a massage (to relax shortened muscles surrounding the joint) is the best combination.

When you first come to our office, whether you have pain or not, your condition has been there for a while. It has created muscles that are unbalanced and tight. Massage decreases muscle tightness and pain, and it rebalances the muscle. It’s a great way to enhance the healing process, especially when first coming to our office. In addition, it also prepares the muscles to be strengthened during the rehabilitation phase.

Most people think of massage as a ‘fluff’ experience- when it is actually a great way to decrease stiffness and tension and improve joint and muscle movement. Plus it feels great!

Our specialized table is flexion distraction machine. There are only 4 in the Chicagoland area and are designed specifically for nerve disc and joint problems, including arthritis, stenosis, slipped disc, disc herniation, arm pain, and leg pain.

Gentle, Non-force Correction

Dr Seaman has found a great success in treating her patients over the past twenty eight years using gentle non-force techniques, including drop, flexion distraction, and activator, all for your comfort.
